As a New Product Development - Program Manager, this is your unique opportunity to set your mark and live on the leading edge. The NPD Program Manager is responsible for executing a program of NPD projects within the standard operating procedure (Kitchen & Bath NPD Process) and verifying to the business leaders that the program is meeting its objectives; on time, on scope, and on budget. This role has global functions and responsibilities.
Exciting opportunity to manage cross-functional teams through a defined and gated NPD process to include the development of a project timeline and maintaining it through the life of the project. Ensure high quality products are developed, built and shipped on time as defined by the commitments documented in the New Product Schedule.
